How the refund is returned
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and card posting times are outside our control.
Duplicate or failed orders
If you were charged twice or did not receive the files, contact us promptly. We will check the order record and correct a delivery or duplicate-charge problem.
Fair use
The promise covers your purchase of the digital guide. It does not permit resale, redistribution, public posting, or repeated purchases and refund requests intended to obtain paid products without paying for them.
